Returns Policy
At Moda Ensemble, we believe in the quality and elegance of our neckwear sets, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns Policy is designed to provide a straightforward and fair process for handling returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item and any packaging if possible.
Late Returns
Returns made outside the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted. We encourage you to return items promptly to ensure that you meet the return timeframe.
